The Company has a proven track record of partnerships with leading producers including: -- Barrick, Newmont, AngloGold, Xstrata, Teck and First Quantum.

Kiska continues to align itself with capable partners to fund exploration projects, therefore reducing the company burn rate and providing access to more discovery opportunities.

In 2014, the Company announced a significant deal on the Kliyul Project. Teck Resources has elected to take up an option to earn a 51% interest in the project.

Kiska entered into an agreement with First Quantum Minerals in September 2014. First Quantum was granted an exclusive right to enter into a formal option agreement in which it would be granted an option to earn up to an 80% interest in the Copper Joe Project.

New projects and exploration concepts available for partnerships include: Chuchi plus a large portfolio of early stage gold and copper exploration projects throughout North America.

Kiska will continue to work with a leveraged exploration strategy by aligning with capable partners to fund exploration projects.
