W. Barry Girling, B.Com,, Director

Mr. Girling has been active in various aspects of mineral exploration since 1977. He couples his geological understanding with a B.Com. (Finance) degree to provide consulting services to a number of TSX Venture Exchange companies. He has strong capital markets experience serving as a founder of Foundation Resources Inc. and Search Minerals Inc and completed the re-organization of Roxgold Inc. including the acquisition of its Burkina Faso gold properties. He has served as a director or officer of several public companies and in addition to Kiska, he is also a director of I-Minerals Inc and BRS Ventures Ltd. and serves as Corporate secretary of Search Minerals Inc.

Henry Awmack, P.Eng., Director

Mr. Awmack has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. As a co-founder of Equity Engineering Ltd. in 1987, Mr. Awmack has managed all aspects of a geological consulting and contracting firm including project planning and execution, hiring of field crews, geological fieldwork, property examinations and preparation of technical reports. He has worked around the world exploring for a variety of commodities. Mr. Awmack holds a B.Sc (Honours) Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is registered as a professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Grant Ewing, P.Geo, Director

Mr. Ewing, who joined Kiska as President and CEO in May 2014, has over 20 years of experience in the mineral industry; the last 10 years in senior executive roles. His extensive knowledge base covers the entire mine development cycle, from early stage exploration through to production, in several different commodities. Mr. Ewing's mineral industry experience is complemented by strong M&A and capital markets knowledge. He is a registered professional geologist.

Jack Miller, B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., Chairman and Director

Mr. Miller holds a B.A.Sc., and M.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering and is a registered professional engineer. Mr. Miller's experience in the resource industry dates back to 1979. He has had various site operating and head office leadership roles in multiple base metals and precious metals operating companies. In these roles Mr. Miller has been responsible for the entire mine development cycle; starting from exploration, through development and finally to operations. His most recent role, before retirement in 2010, was Chief Operating Officer for QuadraFNX Mining Ltd.
